Greetings Calvary Chapel Bendites,

After prayer and careful consideration, medical professionals’ suggestions and our own Governor’s ban on larger group meetings, the following is our response to the growing concerns over the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We are prayerfully providing the following guidelines to our church family. We believe these guidelines will allow us to collectively and individually play our part in keeping our community safe and allow us to prepare for the days ahead until this nasty virus comes to an end.

Please note the following adjustments starting today:
(1) No Physical gatherings on Wednesday Nights until further notice – we will have livestream available as we continue to study through the book of Leviticus at 7pm.
(2) No Physical gatherings on Sunday Mornings until further notice – we will have livestream available as we continue to study through the book of 1 John at 10:30am.
(3) All physical meetings and gatherings at church will be cancelled until further notice.
(4) Giving opportunities will be available via mail, drop off at church, or online at ccbend.com under “Online Giving”.

We will be giving updates and notices of any changes on our Facebook, Instagram, and our website. You can also use our contact information on the website or simply call 541-383-5097 and leave a message, as we will be checking it regularly.

Thankfully, our online platform is available for you to watch our Sunday Service 10:30 am by visiting our website on our livestream page.

Please continue to practice good health etiquette by covering your mouth when you cough, and regularly washing your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds in order to protect yourself and others. If you are not feeling well or feeling ANY flu-like symptoms, please stay at home and rest until you are better.

Further, let us continue to pray for the quick recovery of all who are in the front lines of this unexpected battle. We trust in our healer and our keeper, the Lord Jesus Christ, and we will continue to put our trust in Him.

“God has not given us a spirit of fear but of power, love, and a sound mind.” (2 Timothy 1:7).

In His Service,
Terry
