The Children's Ministry of Calvary Chapel Bend is focused on providing a safe and educational environment for all children. We believe it essential for children to be trained up in the ways of the Lord by their parents (Proverbs 22:6) and it is our goal through the leading of the Holy Spirit to assist in doing this. We make our study time (The Word) the most important part of our curriculum. We also have other tools (Q&A's, crafts, projects, etc.) to help us in bringing the teaching to a simple, practical and applicable place of understanding that all can learn.

Jesus said "Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these." (Mark 10:14) The Bible clearly teaches that God loves children and He is concerned with their welfare. It is His desire that they would grow in knowledge of Him.
